1. Sale Products
- Products purchased during SALE are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

- Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or may constitute a criminal offence.
- You may not misuse the content, images, or designs displayed on this website.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, a clear opening video is mandatory.
- The opening video must be recorded from start to finish, clearly showing the unopened package, the opening process, and the damage.
- If the claim is approved, Ethnyk Dori will arrange for a return or exchange within 7 business days.
- Claims without an opening video will not be entertained.
4. External Linking
- You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without prior written consent from Ethnyk Dori.
5. Payments
We accept the following payment methods:

- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Other supported online payment methods available at checkout
All payments are processed securely.
6. Customized Products
- For customized products, customers must share accurate measurements while placing the order.
- Please refer to our Size Guide to understand how to take correct measurements from a garment.
Important Notes on Customization
- Customized products are not eligible for exchange or return.
- No refunds are provided for customized products, unless the product received is damaged or defective.
- In case of an approved damage claim for a customized product, the refund amount will be credited to your Ethnyk Dori wallet for future shopping.
- No cash, bank, or card refunds are provided for customized orders.

- Minor variations in color, weave, or texture due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution are natural and not considered defects.
