Refund policy
At Ethnyk Dori, each saree is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. We request our customers to read the policy carefully before making a purchase.Eligibility for Exchange / Return
- Exchange or return requests will be accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.
- Customers must raise the request within 2 days of receiving the product.
- A clear opening video is mandatory. The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened until the product is fully visible, clearly showing the damage.
- Requests without an opening video will not be accepted.
Conditions for Approval
To be eligible for an exchange or return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
- The product must not have any perfume or odor.
- Original invoice / proof of purchase must be retained.
Process to Request an Exchange / Return
- To initiate a request, please contact us at team@ethnykdori.com within the two days of delivery.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
- Approved exchanges or returns will be processed within 7 working days after confirmation.
Shipping Charges
- The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once the product is received, it will undergo a quality check by our team before further processing.
International Orders
- No exchange, return, or refund is available for international orders.
Non-Returnable Cases
- We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if the customer simply does not like the product after purchase or delivery.
- Minor variations in color or texture due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.
Refund Policy
- Approved refund amounts will be credited to your Ethnyk Dori account wallet.
- Wallet credits can be used for future purchases only.
- Cash, bank, or card refunds are not provided.
