Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 4–5 business days after the order is placed.
- Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing the tracking number.
Delivery Address
- Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate address, including PIN code, valid contact number, and email ID, to avoid delivery delays or failures.
Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times.
- If the delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the package may be returned to us.
Courier Partners
- Our primary domestic delivery partners are Blue Dart and Delhivery.
- Additional shipments may be handled via India Speed Post.
Courier Responsibility Disclaimer
- All courier partners are independent third-party service providers.
- Once an order has been dispatched, delivery-related delays, losses, or errors fall under the responsibility of the courier service.
- While Ethnyk Dori will assist in coordinating with the courier to resolve any issues, the brand is not liable for any financial loss caused due to courier-related errors or delays.
International Shipping
Shipping Charges
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order value, destination, and package dimensions.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- International orders are processed and dispatched within 7–8 business days after order placement.
Delivery Address
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.
- Customers must ensure address accuracy to prevent delivery delays or returns.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation message along with a tracking number.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- These charges must be paid upon delivery as per the destination country’s regulations.
International Courier Partners
- We ship internationally through trusted logistics providers including DTDC, DHL, FedEx, and UBT.
